Rob Hooper, a New Zealand native and former professoinal rugby player, heads our coaching staff. Along with his certified staff, he brings a lifetime of rugby expertise and gives our players the skills needed to compete confidently and competitivly. Coach Rob is committed to offering the best coaching in a positive environment where every player is given the opportunity to develop great skills and have fun playing rugby. The club provides a safe environment for all of those involved, including youth, adult and elder members.

Registration is open for the following divisions: U12, U14, U16 and U19 sides. We will be participating in the Northern CA Rugby Union, this is a traveling team so expect to travel on a couple of Saturdays during the season. A competition schedule will be available in December.

TRAINING SESSIONS are held every Tuesday and Thursday, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at Tally Field (directions to Fields can be found under the DIRECTIONS link on the left index).

REGISTRATION is $125/player or $200 max/family. The fee includes playing registration with USA Rugby, a practice ball, post game meals, a custom mouth guard and a T-shirt. Payment can be made via check (make payable to AG Rugby). Scholarships are available, we want everyone to play ball!

PLAYING EQUIPMENT you must provide: rugby shorts (available online) and proper cleats (no toe cleat allowed). Competition uniforms are provided by the Club, with the exceptiop that High School players will provide their own competition and practice rugby shorts (competition shorts must be FIJI brand, available at www.kooga.com, white for games)
