INTERNSHIPS - Austin Gilgronis

The AG Internship Program is a unique entry-level opportunity to vet and groom front office talent taking the step into professional sports. We are focused on identifying, developing, and nurturing top performers through our internship program. Throughout our internship program, students will gain exposure across our business while making lifelong connections and exposure to the world of professional rugby.

The AG Internship program is a learning opportunity for undergraduate students that allows participants to contribute to the AGs success while gaining a holistic learning experience and a behind-the-scenes look into professional sport.

“I took an opportunity with the AGs and in six months I learned more about the inner workings of professional sports than I had in school or as a fan. This program is hands-on experience with real opportunities to make a difference,” says Austin Willis.

Applicant placement within an AG Department is based on the AG business needs, as well as the candidate’s interest, experience, and academic achievement. All positions are located at the AG office in Austin, Texas.

To qualify for the Internship Program, students must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate college or university and be between their junior or senior year. Participants must receive credits for the AG Internship Program through their academic institution.

This is an unpaid internship and does not guarantee employment with the AGs upon completion.

Available Internships:

The AGs are looking for interns, from January, 2021 through June, 2021 (circumstances permitting).

Applicants MUST be eligible to receive academic credit for the internship.

General:

Dates: January, 2021 through June, 2021

Location: The Barn, Round Rock and Bold Stadium at Circuit of the Americas on Match Days.

Available 25-30 hours per week, including nights, weekends and game days.
