Dominic Akina #12
Akina is a former dual-sport star at Western Oregon University and was a three-time Rugby Club MVP. Along with that, he was the team’s Assistant Rugby Coach from 2017-2019. He got his big break in rugby after attending an MLR combine in Austin and completely dominating the various tests. He has a 41” leap and has been timed in a 40-yard-dash in 4.38 seconds.
Dom also played with the Willamette Sharks Rugby Club, which is affiliated with the International Rugby Institute of South Africa.
